Lebor Gabala Spring/Summer 2019
Lebor Gabala’s proposal for next summer is to revisit the 80’s aesthetic without presenting a “vintage” collection. White and blue with some earthy tones were the colors chosen to bring ensembles that are ready-to-wear. A very summery collection indeed: light fabrics, muted tones of blue, espadrilles, and a few maxi dresses with more feminine prints in floral. Additionally, Lebor Gabala brought some office-ready options to the runway. A classic oat blazer over a floral dress, a variety of printed dresses and blazers, and a stunning salmon outfit (composed of jacket, trousers and blouse) were beautifully crafted with the young modern woman in mind. Easy as summer fashion can be, Lebor Gabala’s collection had a lot of looks to inspire you. The 80’s aesthetic was not overpowering; just as promised, it would not be fair to call the collection vintage or outdated. The maxi patchwork shirt with brown trousers had just enough of both worlds: 80’s and contemporary aesthetic.
